Comparing to the 20000mah xiaomi powerbank, expected a light and compact powerbank but actually it is longer and feels like the same weight as. Also feels slippery due to the metallic surface compared to the textured surface of the 20k. Good for the price but i would go for the 20k if i were to buy again

Seems like a good product. It charged my iPhone SE 4 times (empty to full battery) before needing to be recharged. Hopefully this will last its whole lifespan. Delivery was timely. UPDATE: It has been 2 months and the charger has stopped charging properly. Left it to charge for more than 16 hours and it only charges until 2 bars. Seller refuses to honour the 3 month warranty that the unit came with when I bought. Seller said warranty was only 1 month. So I sent the seller a screenshot of proof that when I bought the unit, my warranty was 3 months. Seller then tried to squirm out of replacing the unit by saying he does not take dropped units. This unit has not been dropped. It is in good exterior condition. Then seller sends me a whole list of other things to do with the exterior of the unit and says the unit isn't covered by warranty when exterior of unit is in any of such conditions. I repeat, the exterior of unit is fine. And this is clearly a hardware problem. But it is certainly telling and DISGRACEFUL to see a seller behave this way, continuously trying to absolve himself of the responsibility to replace a unit that has failed by itself and is still under warranty. BE WARNED. If you buy from this seller and the product fails on its on accord, the warranty will not be honoured and you will not get a replacement.

The item came almost total discharged with only ONE dot of power. Charging it up was slow with only 0.78A current flowing with the package charging cable. The Dual USB outputs, higher current flow at 1.62A from the port nearer to the Input charging MicroUSB port compared to the Super SLOW charging current 0.55A from the outer USB port. My phone Redmi Not 4 battery power was at 50%. The rated output from Output 1 is supposed to be 2.4A while the 2nd output is rated at 1.2A. No fast charging feature phone available for checking.

Fast charging was detected with my SS S8+ and it managed to hold the fast charging even when both USB ports was used, SS S8+ and Iphone 7 charging concurrently. Seller is very kind to include a free sleeve for the power bank. Well, there’s no Warranty as per my conversation with seller but there’s a 7 days 1-for-1 exchange for any defects, which I think is a little too short. So, use it when receive the item!

Authentic Xiaomi product, checked and verified. The box came kinda dented from the edges, I was worried about getting a broken one since it is quite fragile (I alr broke one by dropping it, dat's why i got a new one from here). But it was all fine, fast charging works well. Didn't come with the silicon casing as stated by some buyers, but at least it works fine. Casing is metal and VERY slippery, i recommend anyone getting gen2 powerbank to invest in the anti-slip casing as well.

Ordered on 9 July but did not arrive; seller resent a replacement, arrived on 23 Aug, so total 6 weeks. Stated 30,000 mAh but it can only charge iphone 7 Plus which is 2900 mAh for only 2 times; so mathematically it is at best only around 6000 mAh, far from 30,000 mAh. But well, all those I bought previously also not relly having the stated capacity but this one is quite far off.

1. The item length and width is still ok, but abit thick. 2. When I place my Samsung Note 8 or Samsung A8+ on the power bank, with slim casing, it doesn't charge at all. Another wireless charging power bank, I can charge with the same casing on. 3. Even without the casing, when I placed other phone on top of the wireless charging power bank, it sometime charges my phone, but most of the them, it doesn't charge at all. I won't recommend this product at all. Regretted.

Couldn't actually verify the authenticity of the powerbank? As the security code is very blur and the silver lining of the sticker is broken and blur as well. But hope the powerbank can still work fine. Long charging time of near 12 hours or more from half charged condition to full charge. Didn't experience 7hrs to full charge as advertised in Xiaomi website for this powerbank. Very heavy as well. Really doubt its authenticity.

Power bank is ok but not amazing. Build quality is average and build in cable quality is poor. Wireless charging works well but need to press button to activate. Doesnt activate automatically. Build in cable is a lightning cable and need to use adapter to make it work with micro usb or usb c.

Item came as promised and works wonders. My only surprise was how tight the USB-C adaptor fits into my S8. As compared to the original adaptor, this will require a little bit more strength to slide it in to my phone. Nevertheless is was a secure fit and the heat from charging via cable is just right. I would however not recommend using wireless charging under the sun especially if yours is black. Although i believe is fine, the heat can be a little intense. Unfortunately, i was unable to try out the lightning cable yet but, everything else is great! Note however, the seller did mention that it is not suited for an S9. I did try it on an S9 and though it works, it was never really stable [via cable]. Item came as promised and works wonders. My only surprise was how tight the USB-C adaptor fits into my S8. As compared to the original adaptor, this will require a little bit more strength to slide it in to my phone. Nevertheless is was a secure fit and the heat from charging via cable is just right. I would however not recommend using wireless charging under the sun especially if yours is black. Although i believe is fine, the heat can be a little intense. Unfortunately, i was unable to try out the lightning cable yet but, everything else is great! Note however, the seller did mention that it is not suited for an S9. I did try it on an S9 and though it works, it was never really stable [via cable]. both lazada and ninja vanhave performed a very poor service on this order- lazada claimed that this order to be send by 30th June however when i tracked the order on ninja van website- it says it is out for delivery on 30th. I even spoke with ninja CSO Shirley to confirmed and verified the code. At 9.46PM, ninja website state that delivery unsuccessful due to no one at home. My father was at home and no one was at my doorstep. I even have cctv and there is no delivery guy at all. When i called ninja van customer service- the CSO tried to cover up by stating there is a delivery made on saturday and no one at home. i tried to ask for the delivery guy details.But the CSO refused to provide. I am not happy and i do not need this item anymore. But Lazada refused to let me claim my dispute.

Portability, best advantage is don’t have to carry any cables, lightning, micro-USB and Type C all built in. Plenty capacity for multiple mobile devices but don’t expect it to work with a MacBook or MacBook Air, even the 12,000 mah unit. You need at least a 20,000 mah pack like the one from Cygnett where ch is quit massive.

Almost the same size as my S9+ and quite lightweight (207g) so it is easy to hold and place for wireless charge. Able to fast charge my s9+ wirelessly and wired using type c to c cable+usb pd charger. Powerbank itself can be fast charged using both micro usb (side) and type c (bottom) as shown in pics. Would have been 5 stars except that for some reason it cannot fast charge my s9+ using the usb A qc3.0 port. Also it only charges at normal rate when concurrently charging itself and another device or when charging 2 devices at the same time.

i am not overly impressed with the wireless charger. i tried using it a couple times on my iPhone Xs and charging stopped at some time. on the wired charging there is auto cutoff at about 80% which is frustrating. the charger should be smart enough to continuously charge the device and auto cuts at full. not worth the price paid.

Wireless charging works well but it's hit and miss sometimes with placement. Also: it wasn't very clear how to recharge the device, although of course it's possible to figure that out by trial-and-error. Overall, a good device, if a tad expensive for what it does. I'd recommend it.

Power on for USB ports different for AC charging - not friendly which never stated this at first place. AC charging in order to work need to press power on button at least 3 secs in order to turn on. Unlike USB port charging just press power button once will do. Furthermore, got sound inside as something inside already broken when arrived.
